Background and Purpose
The
Washington Alpine Club is working to collectively address the wide variety of issues affecting the
I90 corridor year round. This includes I90 Exit 42 on the west side of the
Cascade Divide to
Lake Easton and the Salmon la Sac on the east side.
Our grass roots focus is to
identify and communicate local issues and creatively create solutions.
Through specific action items, we are working closely with WA State Parks,
WSDOT, the Wenatchee Forest Service, the Mount Baker Snoqualmie National
Forest, Summit Ski Are, and others.

 |
Crystal Springs has parking and other issues that affect historic
users and non motorized users. We hope to help WA State Parks and the Wenatchee
National Forest craft a permanent solution.
